Wind down and relax for the night with a soothing warm nightcap. Chamomile starts this blend off right and combines with the very effective natural sleep aids of Valerian and Hops. Passionflower and Skullcap join the mix to relax the nervous system. I do not recommend operating heavy machinery or driving after drinking this delightful blend.
